Ralph David Evans Jr.

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. — Ralph David Evans Jr., 31, London, Ky., passed away Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2013.

He was born February 2, 1982 in Laurel County, the son of Ralph David Evans Sr. and Jewelene Blaylock Patsy.

He was employed at Wendy’s and was of the Holiness Faith.

He is survived by his parents; two sisters, Crystal Lynn Evans and Lisa Michele Buttery, both of London; a step brother, Gary Patsy, and a step sister, Amanda Patsy of Georgia; his grandmother, Minnie Pearl Johnson of East Bernstadt; two nieces, Ariana Buttery and Jade Roberts, plus a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

Visitation will be after 6 p.m. today, Dec. 6 at Bowling Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be conducted at 12 noon Saturday, Dec. 7 in the chapel of Bowling Funeral Home with Darrell Woods officiating.

Burial will follow in the Elza Cemetery, Laurel County.

Pallbearers will be Joey and Sammy Johnson, Ronnie J. and Christopher Blaylock.
