George “Bob” Madden

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. — George “Bob” Madden, 68,  of London, Ky., passed away Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2013 at Saint Joseph London.

 He leaves behind his loving wife, Bonnie Goforth Madden; a daughter, Kathy Burkhart of London; five sisters, Margie Bailey, Jenny Martin, Penny Madden, Linda Stroud and Susie Duncan; two brothers, Randall Madden and Eddie Madden; and a granddaughter, Emily Katherine Greer. 

He is also survived by a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest Madden and Jewell Rogers Madden. 

Funeral service for George “Bob” Madden was conducted at 12 noon Saturday, Dec. 7 in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Homer Johnson and Dallas Riggs officiating. 

Burial followed at Slate Hill Baptist Cemetery. 

The family received friends after 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6 at the funeral home.
