LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. —
Dorothy Anne Brock, 74, passed away on Friday, Nov. 16, 2012 at her residence in Denison, Texas.
Dorothy was born on Jan. 3, 1938 in London, Ky., the daughter of James B. and Ruby Harris Caudill and was educated in Laurel County, Ky.
She married Willis M. Brock on Nov. 22, 1958 in London, Ky. Dorothy was a homemaker and a member of the non-denominational Heron Street Chapel in Denison. Dorothy was a military wife who traveled the world. She was an active member in the church and The Red Cross, She started an outreach program to send books all over the world.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Coy Caudill.
Her survivors include her husband, Willis M. Brock of Denison, Texas; son, David Brock of Denison, Texas; daughter, Donna Guthrie of Denison, Texas; brother, Claude Caudill of Denison, Texas; sister, Wanda Hacker of London, Ky.; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 20 at Fairview Cemetery with Elder Ron Clark officiating.
Visitation was from 6 -7 p.m. Monday at Johnson-Moore Funeral Home, Denison, Texas.
