Jeanette Roberts

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. — Jeanette Roberts, 80, Sage Lane, London, Ky., passed away Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2012, at Saint Joseph London.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie Mason and Doll Cobb Mason; a sister, Jewel Davis; and a brother, Ray Mason.  

She is survived by her loving husband, Donald Roberts; four children, Jim (Sharon) Sowders of Dry Ridge, Ky., Jeff (Jodi) Sowders of Franklin, Tenn., Jan (Joe) Meadows of Parkers Lake, Ky., and Judy (David) Spangler of London; a brother, James Mason of London; three grandchildren, Brooke Spangler, Christy Hughes and Ben Sowders; two great-grandchildren, Karis and Nori; as well as a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.  

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. today, Friday, Dec. 21, in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with the Rev. Waylon Mason officiating.  

Burial will follow in A.R. Dyche Memorial Park in London.  

The family received friends after 6 p.m. Thursday, at the funeral home.
