All five had exited the vehicle before emergency personnel arrived, according to Hale.
Responding at the scene were Laurel County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Milton Storm, who continues the investigation into the accident; Laurel County Emergency Management Director Abby Hale; and members of the London-Laurel County Rescue Squad; Ambulance Inc. of Laurel County; and Bald Rock Volunteer Fire Department.
