Ten individuals were arrested Thursday as part of a Kentucky State Police Post 11 drug roundup.
In a three month-long investigation led by Post 11’s Detective Don Sivils, officers from KSP, the Whitley County Sheriff’s Office, the Knox County Sheriff’s Office, the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office and the Laurel County Detention Center executed warrants for 10 individuals spanning such townships as Lily, London, Gray, Rockholds and Williamsburg.
Those charged with first-degree trafficking of a controlled substance included:
Jody Rogers, 31, of Lily; Jeffery Payne, 43 of Lily, on two counts; Lillie Smith, 42, of Lily; Terry Mullis, 31, of Woodbine; Francis Anderson, 50, of Lily, on three counts; Raymond Lewis, 51, of Rockholds, on four counts; Damon Lewis, 50, of Rockholds, on three counts; and Michael Irvin, 19, of Williamsburg, on two counts.
Those charged with second-degree trafficking of a controlled substance included:
Kenneth Morgan, 42, of London, on three counts; Brooke Dozier, 24, of Gray, on three counts.
According to a press release from Trooper Lloyd Cochran, public affairs officer at Post 11, more arrests are expected.
