Laurel K. Reams will spend 90 days on home incarceration, must undergo substance abuse counseling and will have her driving privileges revoked for 30 days after pleading guilty Monday to charges stemming from a high-speed chase east on KY 192 about 3:30 a.m. on Nov. 4.

At a preliminary hearing Monday in Laurel District Court, Reams pleaded guilty to charges of driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, fleeing or evading police and second-degree wanton endangerment. Remaining charges, including no insurance and failure to wear seat belts, were dismissed as part of the agreement.

Reams was arrested by London Police following the chase, which began near the intersection of KY 192 and KY 363. Officer Jesse Williams was responding to a report of a wreck, when a second call that a 2001 Cadillac was leaving the scene and heading east on KY 192.

Williams said Reams accelerated as she proceeded toward the Hal Rogers Parkway, reaching speeds of 115 mph.
