WILLIAMSBURG — It’s time for the 11 year-old All-Stars to hit the diamond with first round action of the District 4 Tournament beginning Saturday, July 6 at the Williamsburg Little League Field.
The six-team tournament is loaded with talent as the South Laurel All-Stars and Knox County All-Stars open play at 6 p.m. while North Laurel and Harlan will follow at 8 p.m.
The winner of South Laurel and Knox County will advance to play Corbin, who received a first round bye, at 6 p.m. on Sunday, July 7 while the winner between North Laurel and Harlan will follow at 8 p.m. against Williamsburg, who also received a first round bye.
The winner’s bracket final is scheduled to be played Tuesday, July 9 at 6 p.m. while the District 4 championship game is slated for a 6 p.m. start on Thursday, July 11.
First round action of the loser’s bracket is scheduled for Monday, July 8 with games at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. while second round action of the loser’s bracket will be played at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, July 9.
The loser’s bracket final is slated for a 6 p.m. start on Wednesday, July 10.
